Payments

    • Credit/Debit Card: Pay securely online when booking and in-person (for upgrades or add-ons)

    • Cash (Only for in-person upgrades)

    • Card payments are confirmed automatically.

  • Services may be declined or rescheduled if payment is not confirmed before the appointment.

  • If you cancel after payment, refunds vary on timing:

    • Within 24 hours: 25% of total retained

    • Within 12 hours: 50% of total retained

    • Within 6 hours: 75% of total retained
