Terms and Conditions

1. APPLICABILITY

These terms apply to all quotes, invoices, and service agreements. By booking any service—whether through direct contact or our website—you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. PRICING AND QUOTES

Service prices are listed on our website and vary according to vehicle category. Prices may change at any time. Quotes are non-binding and valid for up to 3 months from the issue date.

3. BOOKING, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

A service agreement is confirmed only after payment has been verified. Confirmation may occur via WhatsApp, Messages (SMS), email, or automatically through our system for card, bank transfer, or PayPal payments.

All bookings require advance payment when paying by card.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged full service rate.

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us directly to discuss potential exceptions.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To request a reschedule, either access the “Reschedule / Cancel” link on your service confirmation e-mail or complete the “Reschedule” form.

  • Any Cancellation requests must be submitted to us either through Message (SMS) or E-mail (support@raecardetailing.com).

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made in advance via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal or in-person prior to service.

5. COMPLAINTS

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within the period of time of service so we can address the issue promptly. Due to vehicle use and environmental exposure, we cannot be held responsible for issues identified after this period.

6. WARRANTY AND AFTERCARE

We take pride in our work and strive to deliver the highest quality service. We provide a limited warranty on all detailing services, covering defects in workmanship for 24 hours from the date of service. This warranty applies only to services performed by our team and does not cover damage caused by external factors, accidents, or improper use after service.

All ceramic coating are good for months, but there may be variables such as long exposure to heat and rain (acid precipitation) that reduces dramatically the lifespan of the product.

If you notice any issues within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and, if it falls under our warranty, we will re-perform the affected service at no additional cost.

To maintain the quality and longevity of our detailing services:

  • To prevent stains or removal of any applied product, avoid washing your vehicle for 48 hours after services such as ceramic or hydrophobic coating.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or automatic car washes unless specified as safe.

  • Protect your vehicle from prolonged exposure to extreme weather when possible.

Following these aftercare instructions will help maintain the service's warranty and keep your car looking its best and maximize the durability of our detailing services.

7. MEDIA USE

By booking a service, you authorize the use of photos and videos of your vehicle for portfolio and promotional purposes.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including strikes, fires, pandemics, power outages, system failures, supplier delays, or website unavailability.

In such cases, clients will be notified. Rescheduling may occur within up to 7 days. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

9. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS

Our Membership Program (RAE Club) is designed exclusively for ongoing vehicle maintenance services and is intended for vehicles already maintained in good detailing condition.

Initial eligibility for membership services is determined at our discretion based on the vehicle’s condition at the time of the appointment.

If a vehicle is found to be outside of normal maintenance condition (including but not limited to excessive dirt buildup, stains, pet hair, sand accumulation, heavy contamination, or neglected surfaces), additional charges may apply to restore the vehicle to maintenance level before continuing membership services.

If corrective work beyond maintenance-level service is required to achieve expected results, the Client agrees that upgraded service charges may be necessary and will be communicated prior to proceeding whenever possible.

Membership services do not include deep-cleaning, stain removal, odor removal, or restoration-level correction unless otherwise specified in writing.

Rae Car Detailing reserves the right to suspend or adjust membership service eligibility if the vehicle is not maintained between scheduled appointments according to membership maintenance expectations.

10. MEMBERSHIP BILLING & CONTINUITY TERMS

Membership plans are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis through our secure payment processor.

Membership pricing applies only when services are performed at the agreed maintenance frequency. If appointments are skipped, delayed, or payments fail, the vehicle may no longer qualify for maintenance-level service pricing.

If a scheduled membership visit is missed or postponed beyond the normal service interval, additional charges may apply to restore the vehicle to maintenance condition before membership services resume.

Failed or declined subscription payments may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.

Rae Car Detailing reserves the right to adjust service level requirements, apply corrective service charges, or pause membership eligibility when account payments are not current.

Membership services are non-transferable between vehicles unless approved in writing.

Rae Car Detailing reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership plans with reasonable notice. Any active billing cycle already paid will continue through its scheduled period.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
